Care
Each Xigura Patina piece is crafted from real wood, chosen for its natural grain, warm tone, and the character it develops through time and use. Because wood is a living material, variations in color, grain direction, knots, small marks, and texture are part of the object’s natural beauty rather than defects.
To care for your piece, wipe it gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth after use. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, and very humid environments. For trays, boards, boxes, and decorative wooden objects, occasional care with a food-safe mineral oil or natural beeswax can help preserve the wood’s depth and quiet luster.
Over time, the surface may darken slightly, soften at the edges, or develop a subtle patina. We see this as part of the life of the piece: a record of touch, use, and the home it belongs to.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Eligible returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and must be in their original condition.
For items purchased through www.xigura.com , please send us your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the quantity of each item to xigura.ltd@gmail.com. Once we receive this information, we will provide the required Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. We will reply within 1-2 business days with this information.
Note1: As personalized items are specially made with your chosen engraving, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure all details, including size, color, and customization options, are correct before placing your order.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
For purchases from the www.xigura.com , we will issue a credit to your original form of payment for the original transaction, including the cost of the item with tax. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
