Each Xigura Patina order is prepared with care. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order cutoff, processing, and delivery timelines.

Order Cut-off Time

Daily Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday – Friday.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT (or over the weekend/holidays) will begin processing on the following business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing & Preparation: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
During this time, we carefully inspect, personalize (if applicable), and pack your items before handing them to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times begin once your order has been dispatched:

United Kingdom: 4–9 business days
United States: 7–12 business days
Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days
Other International Destinations: 17–20 business days

Please note: Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from transit time. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $80.
Orders under $80: Flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after dispatch, so please don’t worry if your tracking number does not show movement immediately.
