Our products are handmade with love!  Please allow 3-5 days for production before they're ready to ship. Perfection takes time, and trust me, they're worth the wait.  Thank you for your patience!

Note that if your order was placed within the past few days, the tracking number might not yet be available. This does not mean there is a problem or that your order hasn't been shipped.
We process all orders within 24-72 hours, which means your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within that time. Once the carrier confirms receipt, the tracking number will be updated in the system.
 As we use a third-party tracking site, it may take additional time for the tracking information to appear after the handoff to the carrier.
